To Whom It May Concern,
Brian Randall has been our painter for a number of years. When I first owned apartments, I needed a painter who, not only did good work, but was reasonably priced. Brian did a fine job at all of our apartments and I have hired him back many times.
The only person I ever hired to paint my house was Brian Randall. Brian was left in charge of painting my home while my family and I left for a vacation out of the country. Brian is a person that I would trust with my home and valuables and know that the job will be done well.
