Recommendation

I am pleased to recommend the services of this company to the reader. I am a home owner who has employed them on three separate occasions based on the quality of their work, the kind of service they provide, and the satisfaction we have with the whole process. My neighbors have also hired him based on their observance of our results and recommendations.

Service

At the consulting phase, Brian and I walked through each area to be painted. He listens carefully to what I want while carefully scrutinizing the area with a practiced eye. He may make a comment about what professional issues need to be considered that I don't know about and then we move to the next area. All the while he is taking notes. Next we discuss colors and he provides a complete chip assortment so that process can be completed at this first meeting. I, for one, appreciate this service because it is so efficient. During the color discussion Brian will offer suggestions if asked. I consider his input carefully for I feel he is well experienced in this area. Even though we don't always agree he is always respectable.

We sit together as Brian prepares a written description of the work to be done, and the colors and brand of paint selected. He tells us which store he uses for the paint and that is helpful because we can go check out the colors for ourselves. We discuss cost, methods and times of payment, length of time to complete the project and come to a mutual agreement. He tells me what I need to do in order to prepare for his work and a target date for beginning. Because he is in such demand the date is often some time away, but anything done well, is worth waiting for. A written document of all this is completed before Brian leaves the first meeting and is signed by each of us. This contract serves as a useful resource.

While he and his workers are in our home, they are most friendly and efficient. I had no qualms about leaving them here alone and even gave Brian a key so he could come and go as he needed.

Quality of Work

Brian is a craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He will work until the project meets his high standards. As I considered his extra effort and materials, I offered to pay an increased amount. He truly wanted to be fair and we negotiated an increase that we both felt comfortable with. I mention this instance because it demonstrates how highly we value his efforts to provide the best end product and the lengths he will go to achieve it. I am not sure that I would offer to pay more to someone who did not evince such dedication.

Satisfaction with the Work

As I mentioned before, this is the third time we have employed this company. We did that because we know the work will be done well and meet our expectations with skill, and good humor. That combination is significant to us for we consider the personal relationship with service people to be an important factor in who we hire.
Brian's company was not the first we contacted for an estimate, nor the cheapest. As we pondered our choices we concluded that we were fooling ourselves even considering someone else. We knew the work would be done well, we knew the price would be fair, it would be what we wanted, and we would have peace of mind with this project. There really was no choice at all.

I hope these comments aid you in making your decision. Please feel free to call if we can provide any more information to help you.

Sincerely,
